Le Quest is Bukit Batok’s first mixed-use development which incorporates over 6,000 square metres of commercial space spread out over close to 100 retail and F&B tenants. This condominium, developed by Qingjian Realty, has a 99-year tenure. Whilst booking commences on 5th August 2017, Le Quest’s TOP date is unconfirmed as of yet.

Development Details

Le Quest is located at Bukit Batok Street 41, with a total site area of 14,696.7 square metres. This comprises of 516 residential units, which are spread across five 12-storey apartment blocks. The apartment blocks sit above a 4-storey podium, which houses 6,000 square metres of retail space and a childcare centre.

Le Quest comes with all the facilities that you need to relax and recharge – such as swimming pools, gardens, lounges, gyms, BBQ pavilions, and more. For added convenience, the mixed-use development also counts Fairprice Finest and Koufu amongst its anchor tenants; homeowners who are parents will also appreciate the childcare facilities located within the compounds.

In accordance with the emphasis that Qingjian Realty places on technology, all units at Le quest will come equipped with a Smart Home System that will enable homeowners to control various appliances through a smartphone app. In addition to this, Qingjian Realty is looking into developing a robotic “kopi barista” to be deployed at Koufu, and also has plans to develop a smart unmanned food delivery system that will deliver food to homeowners’ doorsteps.

A wider look around Le Quest

Bukit Batok is a relatively old town which can be best described as “subdued”. We don’t hear much about this quiet, laidback area on a day-to-day basis; if there’s anything that the neighbourhood is known for, it will be its tranquil nature, as well as the amount of greenery present. Bearing that in mind, Le Quest is better suited to homeowners who are looking to settle down and possibly raise a family in a peaceful area, as opposed to those who want to be situated in the heart of the action.

Continuing in the same vein, there are several schools located nearby Le Quest, including Dulwich College, Millennia Insitute, and Bukit Batok Secondary School. The nearest MRT station – Bukit Batok MRT Station – is pretty far away; residents may either take a bus, or make use of the free shuttle bus service that Le Quest is providing to the MRT station (for up to 2 years). For those who drive, it only takes 5 minutes or so to get onto the Pan-Island Expressway (PIE), and from there, residents can be easily connected to Jurong East, IMM, the International Business Park, and more.

Latest update (5 Aug 2017): Le Quest fully sold on the first day of launch! 200 units released for booking in Phase One were snapped up within hours, with a total of 280 units sold at the end of the first day of launch.
