Their move comes shortly after fellow comrade Alan Lai (Senior Associate District Director) moved in January this year. The quintet, along with more than 100 associates under their charge, is confident of greater team sales and growth for their people with this move.
99.co invited them to share with us about their expertise and why they are taking this leap of faith.
Elaine Goi: Taking on new challenges
Elaine Goi is a go-getter. Her distinguished career history includes working in the media industry for 7.5 years, and 25 years in the real estate industry, including owning her own real estate agency and most recently, held the position of Associate Group Division Director at a multi-national real estate agency. Elaine believes that with the abundance of opportunities that OrangeTee, and her division Navis, has to offer, it is now time for her to take on new challenges and that this will bring about maximum growth for her people.
As a leader, Elaine has always felt a sense of responsibility to her people who have entrusted their livelihoods to her. With the rapidly changing real estate landscape, she believes that it is important that her team evolves and learns continuously from the best. Even though she spoke with sage composure, we could sense her excitement in being part of this historic move that will take her team to the next level.
Elaine values her people, understands their strengths and deeply cares for them to have the best possible platforms to perform at their fullest potential. While she extols the virtue of hard work, she also reminded us, “My associates work hard and play hard. We don’t just do business together; we do life.”
Alan Lai: Team leader who shares success
Alan Lai joined the real estate industry in 2010. Being highly driven, Alan emerged as the top rookie in his first year and has consistently remained as a top producer for many years.
What is his secret formula to success?
His forte lies in generating leads for new launch projects, having excellent financial proficiency as a property wealth planner, and leading on the ground to help his people convert their leads into sales. Alan devotes his time and energy to conduct 1-on-1 and small-group mentoring sessions with his new members. He believes in building up each of them according to their personal strengths and abilities.
Being the first of the five to move into OrangeTee in January, he shares that he and his people have experienced incredible support from the management and team leaders on top of the outstanding training and technology platforms.
Since crossing over, he has topped the charts in his personal sales and leadership roles. But what has been most satisfying and meaningful to him is witnessing his team’s growth in sales and personal development.
Alvin Khoo: Real estate is for the ambitious
Ask Alvin Khoo why one should join the real estate sector and he will confidently tell you that there is no ceiling to success in this industry. Alvin’s track record consists of being a highly sought-after trainer, seminar speaker, property wealth planner, and a specialist in the Chinese Geographical Target Area segment. His resume bears testament to the limitless opportunities in the real estate industry.
With his shrewd strategic acumen, he has identified OrangeTee as the future of real estate agencies and believes that his new home fulfils the criteria of “a perfect storm” for massive growth in sales and team building.
Alvin lets on that OrangeTee differentiates itself through its strong family culture where fellow associates viewed one another as partners, rather than competitors. Alvin values cohesiveness in team. He is confident that a strong team spirit can encourage everyone to work harder together. He believes that everyone can leverage on one another’s experiences to develop holistically.
As a strong believer in team unity, he feels that a strong team spirit will encourage people to work harder together and inspire one another. At the same time, he believes that people have unique strengths and can learn from others’ experiences to develop more holistically.
“The edge in OrangeTee and its division, Navis, lies in its extreme dedication to rigorous training of its people. This enables my agents to swiftly progress in their area of expertise and build up a plethora of valuable skillsets,” he shared.
Kash Singh: Shaping the real estate industry
Kash Singh has always been passionate about real estate. Since entering the industry in 2008, Kash has consistently clinched the top sales position in both local and overseas projects, and is known for his ability to sell out new projects almost singlehandedly. With this move, he plans to impart his 11 years of experience in new project launches to the next generation of real estate professionals.
Kash believes in lifelong learning and appreciates the diversity of experiences and knowledge that leaders in OrangeTee bring, which he knows will help his people grow in their abilities and broaden their minds.
He is also a firm believer of real estate technology and is impressed with how OrangeTee is able to rapidly compile and disseminate the latest project marketing information and marketing collaterals. To him, this translates to an important edge for everyone in the project marketing team: from the taggers, ICs to leaders.
Kevin Soh: Banker turned Real Estate Advisor
Formerly a Relationship Manager at a bank, Kevin moved from banking to real estate 7 years ago. Since Kevin’s early years as a Relationship Manager, he has always believed in developing “human capital”. In the last 7 years, he has amassed a wide breadth of experience and is known for his unique ability to turn newly joined associates into successful top achievers.
Kevin does this by coaching them with a formulaic strategy that gets their real estate careers soaring in just a short period of
time. Over the years, he has coached many associates who have gone from rookies to top achievers in their respective segments. Through his vision and research, he realised that change is happening rapidly and that having cutting edge technological platforms is truly the way to empower his people for greater success.
With OrangeTee and its division, Navis, extensive and highly advanced training programmes and technology platforms, Kevin is confident that his people will be ready to soar even higher in their sales the moment they touch down in this new firm.
