Jointly developed by two highly reputable Singapore developers, Keppel Land and Wing Tai Asia, The Garden Residences is a mid-sized 613-unit condominium located at Serangoon North View in District 19. The development consists of five 15-storey blocks, some of which overlook the well-known Serangoon Garden landed housing estate. The 99-year leasehold project is scheduled for completion as early as 2021.

This mid-sized condominium boasts a full-suite of facilities characteristic of larger developments, including a sizeable 75-metre swimming pool, a tennis court and a 24-hour gym that faces the pool. The gym is part of a clubhouse that also consists of a gourmet kitchen, a karaoke room and an outdoor gym.

The most notable aspect of The Garden Residences is its proximity to the much-loved Serangoon Gardens leisure and dining cluster. Residents are a short bus ride or drive to the renowned Chomp Chomp Food Centre and Serangoon Garden Market and Food Centre, as well as a diverse array of cafes, eateries, restaurants and pubs in the precinct.
The Garden Residences is a ten-minute bus ride, or five-minute drive, from Serangoon MRT interchange and the massive NEX shopping mall. The largest mall in Singapore’s North-East, NEX has over 350 shops and eateries, as well as a cineplex, library and hypermarket. (The developer is also offering a shuttle service between Serangoon MRT and the condominium, which will be free of charge for the first year.)
The development will be within a seven-minute walking distance from the upcoming Serangoon North MRT station on the Cross Island Line (CRL), which is expected to be complete by 2029.
For families with young children, established educational institutions such as Rosyth School, Zhonghua Primary School and Lycée Français de Singapour are all within one kilometre of The Garden Residences. Nearby secondary schools include Serangoon Gardens Secondary School, Peicai Secondary School and Bowen Secondary School.
Motorists will have easy access to the Central Expressway (CTE) via a three-minute drive.
