Prestige Heights is located in a killer area. You’re just down the road from Balestier Plaza, where you can get all your shopping done, and you have a plethora of good food at your doorstep, including Founder Bak Kut Teh and Boon Tong Kee. Public transport wise, it’s right smack in the middle of both Toa Payoh and Novena MRT stations. The best part? A studio apartment here will only cost approximately $1,800 to $2,000 in rent each month. An economical option to reaching 2018’s housing goal!

Staying here means you’re literally a few steps away from Tanjong Pagar MRT station, as well as numerous other office buildings.
