Located along Dunearn Road in District 11, Pullman Residences is a luxury freehold branded residence project by EL Development. The 340-unit development consists of a single 30-storey tower block raised five storeys above street level, and is slated for completion in 2023.
The branded residence also carries the Pullman hospitality brand by French group Accor, and will feature hallmarks of the Pullman experiences with a doorman, concierge and club lounge.
Direct-from-developer buyers of Pullman Residences units will also automatically be accorded “platinum” status under the Accor Live Limitless membership programme. The resident will stand to receive perks when they stay in an Accor property, such as VIP service, free breakfast or late checkout.
According to the developer, platinum status will be guaranteed from the date of exercising the Option To Purchase (OTP) to three years after the project has attained Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) status. At the end of the three-year period, owners of Pullman Residences Newton will have the option to pay an annual fee in order to continue the platinum status membership.
Facilities
Pullman Residences Newton offers residents a suite of facilities that includes a 50-metre lap pool and tennis court. There’s also a BBQ and dining pavilion, a Teppanyaki Grill and verandah area, a kid’s pool, wellness pool and jacuzzi within the development.
Smart home features are incorporated into the residences, including a biometric digital door lock and a mobile app that, for instance, lets the homeowner can control air-conditioning units remotely via a smartphone.
All three- and four-bedroom units within Pullman Residences Newton will also come with private lift access.
Surrounding Amenities
Being right across the road from Newton MRT station—an interchange station between the North-South Line (NSL) and the Downtown Line—gives the resident at Pullman Residences Newton unparalleled access to a world of amenities. Orchard Road is one MRT stop away, while the UNESCO-inscribed Singapore Botanic Gardens offers a natural urban respite two stops away.
Residents who work in the CBD can also get there in 15-minutes via the MRT. Places such as Little India, Bugis and Suntec City are also within easy reach by rail.
