Three adjoining office units at Peninsula Plaza is up for sale, with a guide price of $9.29 million. Here’s what’s happening:
The three offices are on the 12th floor of Peninsula Plaza, with a combined area of 4,262 square feet. Each unit ranges from 1,001 sq ft to 1,776 sq ft, and has a 999-year tenure.
The guide price of $9.29 million translates to S$2,180 per sq ft, based on the strata area. Additionally, no Sellers Stamp Duty (SSD) will be imposed.
Prospective buyers – local or foreigner – can also choose to buy the office units individually or collectively. The sale closes on 29th May, at three p.m.
Peninsula Plaza is an integrated development, near City Hall MRT station. It has six stories of retail shops and a 24-storey office building.
“The successful buyer will continue to benefit from the ongoing rejuvenation within the City Hall vicinity, which has seen much transformation, with new or refurbished developments,” said CBRE, its marketing agent.
CBRE is “optimistic that the property’s rare 999-year tenure, centralised location, and excellent connectivity are strong attributes that will appeal to both end-users and investors. The location is ideal for trades and businesses, including law or accountancy firms, allied health professional enterprises, and commercial schools“.
