Marina View Residences is a 99-year leasehold mixed development, largely comprising residential units and a 540-room hotel in the Core Central Region (CCR). Strategically located at Union Street and Shenton Way junction in District 1, The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) estimates that there will be 905 private housing units and 540 hotel rooms.
