Atlassia is a new launch condominium located at Joo Chiat Place in District 15. Set to TOP in 2025, it is a freehold project comprising 31 residential units of 1 to 5-bedroom apartments.
Located in the RCR (Rest of Central Region), Atlassia is made up of a row of nine conservation shophouses and a rear extension, which is a five-storey block. Apart from its 31 residential units, there will also be eight commercial spaces consisting of two F&B outlets and six shops.
Atlassia's developer, K16 Development, bought the nine adjoining shophouses en bloc for S$31.8 million last year. K16 Development is a boutique developer known for its track record in building landed homes and bungalows. One of its most notable projects is the refurbishment of four Good Class Bungalows at King Albert Park. K16's first non-landed private housing project was Olloi, a boutique condominium which is also located in District 15.
