This includes the purchase price, mortgage interest, insurance, property taxes, maintenance costs, improvements, closing costs, and real estate sales commissions. The homeowner would not generate a profit or incur losses at this price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For instance, consider an individual who invests S$750,000 in purchasing and maintaining a house. They would reach the break-even point by selling the property for the same amount.
