If the remaining lease is insufficient, the provided EHG will be prorated accordingly. Exceptions are made for buyers of 2-room Flexi flats on short leases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You cannot own any private properties or land, whether locally or overseas. Additionally, you should not have disposed of any of these properties within the last 30 months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Note that first-time single citizens purchasing a flat under the Single Singapore Citizen Scheme or Joint Singles Scheme are limited to only buying 2-room Flexi flats.
