  • It will have 80 units in two five-storey blocks
  • There will be two- to -four-bedroom units
  • It’s expected to cost about five per cent to ten per cent less per square feet
  • Its site was bought for $81.1 million

The Lilium is located in District 19, at 25 How Sun Road.

The Gazania and The Lilium are both about a five-minute walk from Bartley MRT station on the Circle Line, and a few minutes’ drive from major expressways like the Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway.

The two condos are also near recreational places like the upcoming 10 hectare Bidadari Park and Serangoon’s Nex.

Singhaiyi says: “We are confident that the twin freehold developments will attract strong interest from both home owners and investors alike, given their attractive pricing and luxury features.”

PropNex, Savills, and Huttons will be marketing The Gazania and The Lilium.
