- A one-bedroom unit of about 440 square feet will be around $1 million
- A 1,800 square feet four-bedroom penthouse can start at around $3.3 million
- Its site was acquired for $271 million
The Lilium
- A freehold condo
- It can be found in District 19, at 25 How Sun Road
- It will have 80 units in two five-storey blocks
- There will be two- to -four-bedroom units
- It’s expected to cost about five per cent to ten per cent less per square feet
- Its site was bought for $81.1 million
The Gazania and The Lilium are both about a five-minute walk from Bartley MRT station on the Circle Line, and a few minutes’ drive from major expressways like the Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway.
The two condos are also near recreational places like the upcoming 10 hectare Bidadari Park and Serangoon’s Nex.
Singhaiyi says: “We are confident that the twin freehold developments will attract strong interest from both home owners and investors alike, given their attractive pricing and luxury features.”
