The whole saga blew up overnight, and the flat owner unwittingly became an internet sensation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-14187\" src=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/insider\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/1-1.jpg\" alt=\"naked man flat\" width=\"800\" height=\"531\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(<\/span><a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Credits<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you\u2019re wondering how this even happened, here\u2019s the backstory: the flat owner was doing some spring cleaning, and while he was cooling off naked about to step in the shower, he decided he\u2019d snap a few pictures to use on his property listing. The pictures were subsequently uploaded to several property portals (including <a href=\"http:\/\/99.co\">99.co<\/a>!) and the rest, as they say, is history.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you\u2019re a homeowner who\u2019s trying to sell your flat, the above story should be enough to scare you into checking and double-checking your listing thoroughly. Apart from making sure you aren\u2019t accidentally showcasing your family jewels, here are more tips to help you craft a good listing: <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>#1: Minimize clutter <\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ever notice how the apartments featured on home decor magazines are always pristine?
