#1: This apartment at Changi Village Road<\/b><\/h3>\n

District: D17<\/span><\/p>\n

Nearest MRT: Pasir Ris<\/span><\/p>\n

Size: 710 sq ft (2 beds, 2 baths)<\/span><\/p>\n

Sale price: $290,000 <\/span><\/p>\n

PSF sale price: $408.4<\/span><\/p>\n

If you stay at this HDB block at <\/span>Changi Village Road<\/span><\/a>, you\u2019ll be as close as humanly possible to Changi Beach – there aren\u2019t any properties nearer to said beach. The surrounding area offers up plenty in the way of food, including cafes, bars and amazing local food (we\u2019re referring to the legendary Changi Village Hawker Centre, in case it wasn\u2019t clear).<\/span><\/p>\n

#2: This apartment at Marine Drive<\/b><\/h3>\n

District: D15<\/span><\/p>\n

Nearest MRT: Dakota MRT, Marine Parade MRT (upcoming)<\/span><\/p>\n

Other smaller malls in the area include 112 Katong and Katong Plaza, and the flat is also nearby prestigious schools such as Tao Nan and CHIJ Katong (Primary). <\/span><\/p>\n

Take a short stroll across, and you\u2019ll find yourself at Parkland Green, a big open field that features a bike rental kiosk and cafes and eateries such as Patro\u2019s Sports Bar, St Marc Bakery & Bar, and Starbucks. <\/span>This particular unit<\/span><\/a> in the condo comes with a balcony that overlooks the pool.<\/span><\/p>\n

#4: This unit at Mandarin Gardens<\/b><\/h3>\n

District: D15<\/span><\/p>\n

Nearest MRT: Kemabgan, Bedok, Siglap (upcoming)<\/span><\/p>\n

If you need to get some shopping done, the nearest mall is at Siglap Centre. For those too lazy to head out, there are facilities such as a minimart, restaurant, and hair salon located within the condo itself.<\/span><\/p>\n

The flat is located on a high floor, and it\u2019s new and in great condition. There\u2019s also an LRT station (Nibong) that\u2019s right at the doorstep of the flat, and this will take you to Punggol MRT in three stops. <\/span><\/p>\n
