Here&#8217;s what we know:<\/p>\n<h3>HDB and CPF mortgage interest rates remain the same<\/h3>\n<p>Every quarter, CPF will review the interest rates for the CPF Ordinary Account (CPF OA). They recently announced that the OA interest rate is still at 2.5 per cent per annum, from 1st July to 3oth September.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_23927\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-23927\" style=\"width: 650px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-23927 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/insider\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/CPF-building.jpg\" alt=\"CPF building\" width=\"650\" height=\"386\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-23927\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Don&#8217;t worry, the interest rates for CPF and HDB mortgage loans are still the same.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Hence, the interest rate for HDB mortgage loans also remains unchanged at 2.6 per cent per annum.
