Developed by Allgreen Properties, the development is spread across five blocks on a 22,654 square metre land parcel and carries a freehold tenure characteristic of condominiums in the area.<\/p>\n<p>Each residential block at Royalgreen is five-storeys in height.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-37344\" src=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/insider\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Royalgreen_99.co_-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1264\"><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Facilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Developer Allgreen\u2019s focus for Royalgreen is a relaxed living environment characterised by abundant greenery. Remarkably, one of the sky bridges also incorporates an entire rooftop tennis court into its design. Other facilities on the roof include a gourmet pavilion and reflexology deck.<\/p>\n<p>At ground level, residents can expect a 50-metre lap pool as well as a smaller children\u2019s pool and spa pool. There are also two locations for BBQ, one of which is by the poolside.<\/p>\n<p>The clubhouse at Royalgreen has several spaces for entertaining guests, and also houses the condominium\u2019s gymnasium and an indoor play area for children. Residents can access the city by train within half an hour, as well as get to attractions such as the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, Singapore Botanic Gardens and Holland Village.<\/p>\n<p>Across the road from the development is a giant lifestyle and entertainment precinct sited at The Grandstand (the expansive grounds of the former Singapore Turf Club). Residents can play football or a round of golf, ride go-karts, engage in a paintball showdown and even ride horses at the Bukit Timah Saddle Club.<\/p>\n<p>Avid adventurers can also traverse the Coast-to-Coast trail by NParks, a 36-kilometre walking and biking trail extending from Jurong Lake Gardens to Punggol. The trail also connects to the Rail Corridor, a trail that goes towards the city centre.<\/p>\n<p>Right outside Royalgreen is a cluster of eateries, shops and pubs that offer various F&amp;B options. Across Sixth Avenue is Guthrie House, which houses a supermarket to satisfy nearby residents\u2019 grocery needs.<\/p>\n<p>Owing to the area\u2019s diverse expatriate demographic, there are several enclaves along Bukit Timah and Dunearn Road that offer diverse F&amp;B amenities encompassing various cuisines, at Coronation and Greenwood Avenue. Those craving hawker fare can also hear to Beauty World, where the Bukit Timah Market &amp; Food Centre is located, or Adam Road Food Centre.<\/p>\n<p>Educational institutions located close to the development include Methodist\u2019 Girls School, Nanyang Girls\u2019 High School, Hwa Chong Institution, National Junior College, Raffles Girls\u2019 Primary School and Nanyang Primary School, just to name a few.<\/p>\n<p>This is also a popular location for international schools in the area, as well as preschools.
