Novena Global Healthcare (NGH) co-founder Nelson Loh has been making the news for a lot of things in less than a year. This includes making a bid to buy Newcastle United with his cousin and NGH co-founder Terence Loh, alleged doctored photos with Barack Obama<\/a>, bankruptcy proceedings and most recently, leaving Singapore.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

And now, three of his Sentosa Cove homes have been put up for sale.<\/a> He recently sold off a fourth property he co-owns at a loss. It\u2019s also reported that all of these properties are priced lower than the current market price to make them more attractive to buyers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Home #1 for sale: Detached house\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n

The first house is a five-bedroom detached house spanning 9,041 sq ft. Put up for sale at S$14 million, this means that it\u2019s selling for S$1,548.5 psf.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Based on these details, we figured that it may or may not be <\/span>this villa at Kasara<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As one of the 13 villas at Kasara, it comes with a private pool and a cantilever lounge over the lake. It also has a view of the Serapong Golf Course, perfect for those who love the sport.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Looking at the sale transactions over the past five years, the average price psf has been hovering around S$1,500. So the selling price is not too far off the average price.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Home #2 for sale: Two-bedroom unit\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n

A second house that\u2019s for sale is a two-bedder at The Oceanfront condo and is listed under bank sale at S$2.08 million.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We found six listings on our portal with the same details, so one of these units might just be Loh\u2019s property.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
