Within three days, the application rate for these flats has reached a whopping 30.3. As we\u2019ve predicted in our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/insider\/may-2021-hdb-bto-in-depth-review-bukit-merah\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bukit Merah BTO review<\/a>, flats here will be the most oversubscribed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other hand, so far the Geylang BTO isn\u2019t as oversubscribed as the previous launch last August, which had <a href=\"https:\/\/services2.hdb.gov.sg\/webapp\/BP13BTOENQWeb\/BP13J011BTOAug20.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">an application rate of 19.1 for 4-room flats.&nbsp;<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To increase your chances of getting a BTO this time, you might want to try your luck at Geylang, Tengah or Woodlands instead.
