HDB has launched 4,989 flats across seven projects in three mature and two non-mature estates in the August 2021 BTO sales launch. <\/b>Out of the seven projects, two are in the city-fringe estates of Queenstown<\/span><\/a> and Kallang\/Whampoa. For the latter project, only 316 units of 3-room and 4-room flats will be available.<\/p>\n

Although not as hyped as the Queenstown BTO<\/span><\/a> and Jurong East BTO<\/span><\/a>, we think there\u2019s going to be a lot of interest for the Kallang\/Whampoa BTO as well. For instance, the previous project in the estate launched earlier this year in February<\/span><\/a> drew an application rate of 7.4 for 4-room flats<\/span><\/a>. So this August BTO will be the fifth launch in the area since 2019.<\/p>\n
