The flat has beaten three other previous record-holders whose resale prices were at S$1.288m.<\/p>\n<p>These are the two executive flats in Queenstown&#8217;s 150 Mei Ling Street (sold in July and September 2022) and a 1,755-sqft maisonette in 101 Bishan St 12 (sold in Jan 2022).<\/p>\n<p>The previous Bukit Timah holder for the most expensive HDB resale flat was a 1,572-sqft executive maisonette in 6 Toh Yi Drive, which sold in September 2022 for S$1.28m, or S$814 psf &#8211; which we <a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/insider\/bukit-timah-maisonette-sold-record-s1-28m-highest-in-the-estate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Just for the record, in psf price terms, this maisonette&#8217;s S$814 psf price is the current record-holder for executive HDB flats in Singapore.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"border: 0;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/embed?pb=!1m18!1m12!1m3!1d2627.99109477126!2d103.77386226956084!3d1.3385535302069986!2m3!1f0!2f0!3f0!3m2!1i1024!2i768!4f13.1!3m3!1m2!1s0x31da10627f83f543%3A0x1956543b7190220e!2s3%20Toh%20Yi%20Dr%2C%20Block%203%2C%20Singapore%20590003!5e1!3m2!1sen!2ssg!4v1670570772331!5m2!1sen!2ssg\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Anyway, Blk 3 Toh Yi Drive has 64 executive HDB flats and was completed on 1 August 1988. This means it has 64 years and 8 months left on its lease.<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"nopopup\" href=\"https:\/\/go.99.co\/99gformblog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"img-link media-img img-link media-img\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-62770 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/insider\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/seller-lead-cta-banner-e1672816945355.jpg\" alt=\"Seller 99.co in-house CTA banner\" width=\"1200\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/insider\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/seller-lead-cta-banner-e1672816945355.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/insider\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/seller-lead-cta-banner-e1672816945355-150x28.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Similar to what we shared with the previous Bukit Timah executive maisonette flat at 6 Toh Yi Drive, this block is about 450 metres from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/mrt-stations\/beauty-world-mrt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Beauty World MRT station<\/a> (Downtown Line), or about a 6-minute walk.<\/p>\n<p>Naturally, around that station, you have Bukit Timah Shopping Centre, Beauty World Centre, Beauty World Plaza and the vibrant day-and-night food and beverage eateries along Cheong Chin Nam Road.<\/p>\n<p>The block is just adjacent to the Bukit Timah Market &amp; Food Centre and Pei Hwa Presbyterian Primary School. A short drive out is where the junctions of PIE and BKE meet, served by the Anak Bukit Flyover and Jalan Jurong Kechil.
