Hong Kong\u00a0and Singapore are Asia&#8217;s two most expensive residential markets.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCapital will look for safe havens, countries that offer stability. Mature, developed\u00a0markets will look attractive again,\u201d said Mr Henry Chin, head of research for Asia-Pacific at CBRE.<\/p>\n<p>Gains could trickle to Japan. Its currency boomed amid global equity losses of almost\u00a0US$4 trillion ($5.38 trillion), as investors dropped riskier assets following the exit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe world recognises Japan as a safe haven. Because of that, Asian money that has\u00a0been looking to invest in Europe will come to Japan,\u201d explained Mr Takeshi Akagi,\u00a0national director at Jones Lang LaSalle.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs uncertainties unfold in Europe and spread out to global markets, Japan would,\u00a0relatively, be considered as a predominant place to be,\u201d he added.\u00a0Prices of commercial property in London may fall by 10 percent by the end of 2017,\u00a0asset management firm BlackRock Inc. said in a note. This will be led by an\u00a0oversupply in central London, the firm added.<\/p>\n<p>Jefferies LLC analyst Mike Prew believes that as many as 100,000 jobs in\u00a0international corporations could be moved out of the United Kingdom.
