The property price index for Singapore\u2019s private homes fell for the 11th straight quarter and it is\u00a0deemed to be one of the longest losing streaks in almost two decades here as reported from the\u00a0Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA).<\/p>\n

It is also reported that the resale prices for public\u00a0housing sees an increase of 0.1 percent as compared to the first quarter of the year in 2016.<\/p>\n

With the constant battle of property prices, one would wonder if it\u2019s safe to buy or sell your home\u00a0now? It is a gambling arena, you win some or you lose some at this period in time. But if you are\u00a0looking towards raising the value of your property before you sell, then perhaps it is\u00a0time to do some work to it – by renovating.
