Update as of 28 July 2023: HDB has announced that the BTO sales exercise in August will be pushed back to end-September<\/a>, and will run till early October.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

As the ballot results of the May 2023 BTO and SBF will be released in the first and last week of August, respectively, the new timeline will allow flat applicants to know their queue positions before deciding if they should apply in the next sales launch.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Queenstown BTO is one of the two projects in the upcoming HDB BTO<\/a> sales exercise in September (postponed from August) that will likely be PLH<\/a> projects. An estimated 970 units in the estate will be available for balloting in the upcoming launch.<\/p>\n
