Update as of 28 July 2023: HDB has announced that the BTO sales exercise in August will be pushed back to end-September<\/a>, and will run till early October.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

As the ballot results of the May 2023 BTO and SBF will be released in the first and last week of August, respectively, the new timeline will allow flat applicants to know their queue positions before deciding if they should apply in the next sales launch.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

With an estimated 1,870 units, the Choa Chu Kang BTO will be the biggest project in this upcoming HDB BTO<\/a> launch, which will be delayed from August to September 2023. All flat types, including 3Gen flats<\/a>, will be offered in this project. Unlike a standard BTO flat, 3Gen flats come with two master bedrooms<\/a>.<\/p>\n

This marks the second time 3Gen flats are available for balloting this year. The first one was at Bedok South Blossoms<\/a> during the May 2023 BTO exercise<\/a>.<\/p>\n
