The first batch of Bayshore BTO flats was officially launched in October 2024, marking a major step in the transformation of the Bedok Bayshore area.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the opening of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/sale\/mrts\/bayshore\">Bayshore MRT station<\/a> on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/insider\/thomson-east-coast-line-tel\/\">Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL)<\/a> in June 2024, connectivity has improved significantly. Due to their prime location near <a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/neighbourhoods\/bedok\">Bedok<\/a>, these flats fall under the Plus model, which comes with additional resale restrictions. The estate is strategically located near major roads such as Bayshore Road and Upper East Coast Road, offering quick access to East Coast Park.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is surrounded by established private condominiums like The Bayshore and Costa del Sol, giving the area a mix of public and private housing options. Nearby, the SAF Bedok Camp serves as a landmark.
