Today, we look at the specific projects scheduled to be launched soon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you are seriously considering to buy a new property in the coming months, we have some good news. There\u2019s a good number of launches over the next few months worth looking at.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Expected to launch by Q4 2016<\/span><\/h3>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ura.gov.sg\/uol\/land-sales-repository\/sites-closed\/tampines-av10-pd-cl.aspx\">Alps Residences<\/a>\u00a0in Tampines<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Located along Tampines Street 82. An up and coming area with more private residential developments to be completed in the following years<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prices are expected to start below $500,000. The lowest transacted price in the nearby <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/sale\/condos\/the-santorini-d18-deG8md5Quhc8WiCPa9ndxdmG\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Santorini<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is $508,000, which belongs the same developer MCC. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/sale\/condos\/queens-peak-deqZejEEG5c6PY9faT524AWL?listing_type=sale\">Queens Peak<\/a>\u00a0in Queenstown<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Next to Queenstown MRT. It&#8217;s at a great location so it will be very popular if the pricing is reasonable.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Like the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/condos-apartments\/the-alps-residences\">Alps Residences<\/a>, it is also developed by MCC land.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No news of pricing so far. Winning bid was $871 psf per GFA, and we expect the selling psf to be in the range of $1500-$1800.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Keen competition with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/condos-apartments\/commonwealth-towers\">Commonwealth Towers<\/a> just next door, with more than 400 units still available for sale. Queens Peak has\u00a0more than 700 units in total, so buyers have a good range of selection who wish to buy a unit near the Queenstown MRT. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ura.gov.sg\/uol\/land-sales-repository\/sites-closed\/west-coast-vale-cl.aspx\">Parc Riviera<\/a>\u00a0in West Coast<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A quiet enclave in the private residential area in the West Coast area.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No news of pricing so far. Winning bid was $551 psf per GFA and we expect the selling psf to be in the range of $1,100 to $1,300.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proximity to the new High Speed Rail Terminus between Singapore and Malaysia.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Developer has made news previously for the wrong reasons in <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.channelnewsasia.com\/news\/singapore\/trivelis-developer-el\/1849062.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2015<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tnp.sg\/news\/singapore-news\/new-condo-residents-upset-over-defects\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">this year<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
