1. The Newlyweds<\/b><\/h3>\n

They\u2019re young. They\u2019re excited. They have crazy, high expectations. <\/span><\/p>\n

Expect a lot of over-the-threshold carrying, tears, and muted bickering over whether the spare room would make a better nursery or \u201cman-cave\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. The Indecisive Buyer<\/b><\/h3>\n

3. The \u201cMai Tu Liao!\u201d Buyer<\/b><\/h3>\n

Wait for what?? For the non-Singaporeans, this means \u201cdon\u2019t drag any further\u201d.<\/span> This buyer wants to buy your home, and he wants it NOW. <\/span><\/p>\n

Be prepared for a constant barrage of \u2018gentle reminder\u2019 emails, and weekend phone calls to check if you\u2019ve sent over the paperwork yet.<\/span><\/p>\n

Yes, he\u2019s hell to deal with. But at least you\u2019ve got the sale in the bag!<\/span><\/p>\n

4. The Window Shopper<\/b><\/h3>\n

This guy\u2019s just here for the free cookies. He\u2019ll ask a million questions about your home, even try to negotiate your price down\u2026hard. But when it comes to making an offer, he\u2019s nowhere to be found.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. The High Roller<\/b><\/h3>\n

This guy is the best guy. Why? Because he has enough money to spend.<\/span><\/p>\n

Don\u2019t worry about negotiating; that\u2019s beneath him. He\u2019ll probably pay you extra if you can get your stuff out of the house within the week. <\/span><\/p>\n

Truth be told, he\u2019s only buying your home so his son can use the space to park his luxury motorcycles\u2026not that it matters to you of course.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. The Low Baller<\/b><\/h3>\n

The evil twin of the Big Spender, the Bargain Hunter is all about driving down your asking price. <\/span><\/p>\n

See that ceiling crack on the far right corner of the house? No? Don\u2019t worry, they\u2019ll lend you their magnifying glass\u2026and of course, ask for a nice, fat discount while they\u2019re at it.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. The Flipper<\/b><\/h3>\n
