(PLH) Model<\/b><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HDB announced increased subsidies for three <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hdb.gov.sg\/cs\/infoweb\/residential\/buying-a-flat\/finding-a-flat\/plh#:~:text=The%20Prime%20Location%20Public%20Housing,affordable%20and%20accessible%20for%20Singaporeans.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">PLH<\/a> projects in Kallang\/Whampoa and Queenstown to ensure affordability. The projects benefiting from these increased subsidies are Tanjong Rhu Riverfront I and II and Holland Vista.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, there is a subsidy clawback involved. This has been increased to 9% of the resale price or valuation, whichever is higher. This is up from 8% in December 2023 and 6% when the scheme was first introduced in 2021. Moreover, these PLH flats come with a 10-year <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/insider\/property-jargon-of-the-day-minimum-occupation-period-mop\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Minimum Occupation Period (MOP)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Additionally, to support families, 20% of these PLH flats will be set aside for<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/insider\/scenarios-disqualify-hdb-bto-first-timer-applicant-benefits\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> first-time family applicants<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
