However, this volume aligns closely with the average monthly volume observed over the past year, excluding April and May. <\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This drop is partially attributed to the June holidays and competition from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/new-launches\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">new condo launches<\/a> being marketed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For instance, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/condos-apartments\/sora\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sora<\/a>&#8216;s preview launch in June had an impressive turnout, drawing attention away from resale condos. In contrast, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/insider\/property-jargon-of-the-day-core-central-region-ccr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Core Central Region (CCR)<\/a> saw a decrease of 0.6%, while prices in the Outside Central Region (OCR) remained unchanged.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><b>Month-on-month<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, overall prices saw a modest rise of 0.2% compared to May 2024.<\/span><\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><b>Year-on-year<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, there was a notable increase of 4.3% compared to June 2023.<\/span><\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><b>Year-on-year<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, RCR and OCR recorded price increases of 6.4% and 5.7% respectively, while CCR prices decreased by 0.2%.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p style=\"border: 2px solid black; padding: 10px;\"><strong><i>Interested in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/new-launches\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">New Launches<\/a>?
