This unit, located between the 10th and 12th floors, spans an impressive 1,916 sqft and was sold for S$1.3M, equating to S$678 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/glossary\/psf-per-square-foot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">per square foot (psf)<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project\u2019s 99-year lease started in 1980, meaning it has only 55 years left, making it 44 years old.
