Just recently, we covered the sale of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/insider\/sengkang-exe-ath\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">an EXE in Sengkang that became the first in the estate to cross the million-dollar threshold<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. This sale followed<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/insider\/422-ang-mo-kio-ave-3-ath\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> an EXE unit in Ang Mo Kio recorded at S$1.32M<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. This time, a low-floor EXE in <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/hdb\/toa-payoh\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toa Payoh<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sold for S$1,238,888, making it the second executive flat in the estate to break the S$1.2M mark. With a size of 1,593 square feet, the S$1,238,888 price equals to about S$777.54 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/glossary\/psf-per-square-foot\/#:~:text=PSF%20stands%20for%20Per%20Square,would%20suggest%20a%20smaller%20area.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">per square foot (psf)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The property\u2019s lease commenced in 1993, leaving around 67 years and 9 months remaining.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is not the first time an EXE unit in Block 99C has crossed the S$1.2M mark either.
