This project will be the largest among the February 2025 BTO launches, signalling a significant expansion of housing options in the northern region. Meanwhile, Woodlands North Coast will bring approximately 4,000 new flats to the area. The area is being transformed into a vibrant mixed-use waterfront destination, as part of the Remaking Our Heartland (ROH) plan for the region.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A concept known as &#8220;Housing by the Woods&#8221; will guide the development. This means that you can expect scenic views of Admiralty Park and Woodlands Waterfront Park, thanks to the hilly terrain in the area. The government has been relying more on redeveloping sites in existing estates for new housing projects.
