      The Chuan Park preview period and Cheque Cut-off Date will run until 7 November, giving prospective buyers ample time to explore the project and assess its offerings. The official launch date is set for 10 November, when Chuan Park will debut alongside three other high-profile developments. These include the 552-unit <\/span>Nava Grove at Pine Grove<\/span><\/a>, a joint venture by MCL Land and Sinarmas Land; the 846-unit <\/span>Emerald of Katong<\/span><\/a> by Sim Lian Group; and <\/span>Novo Place<\/span><\/a>, a 504-unit executive condo in Tengah by Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments. With market sentiment shifting toward more favourable outlooks, <\/span>experts project that at least 50% of Chuan Park\u2019s units may sell on launch day<\/span><\/a> (that\u2019s about 450 units), establishing it as one of 2024\u2019s top-performing condo launches in terms of first-day sales.<\/span><\/p>\r\n
