This decline is notable, especially as the previous S$39.334 million sale had been the most expensive transaction in Sentosa Cove\u2019s history, with only two other properties ever selling above the S$30 million mark in this area.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There could be several reasons for this substantial reduction.
