Other areas such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/neighbourhoods\/queenstown\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Queenstown<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/neighbourhoods\/bishan\">Bishan<\/a> also saw notable high-value transactions, highlighting the desirability of their matured neighbourhoods and comprehensive amenities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-in-mature-estates-s-1-550-000-at-dover-crescent\">#1 in Mature Estates: S$1,550,000 at Dover Crescent<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The highest transaction for November was a 5-room flat at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/sale\/hdb\/dover-crescent-sn431d580b81612b0898ec\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dover Crescent<\/a>, which fetched an impressive S$1.55 million. This flat\u2019s record-breaking price can be attributed to its prime location near top-tier schools such as National University of Singapore (NUS), as well as its proximity to Biopolis and Fusionopolis at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/neighbourhoods\/one-north\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">One-North<\/a>, hubs of innovation and research. The area\u2019s excellent transport links, including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/sale\/hdb\/dover-mrt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dover MRT<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/sale\/hdb\/buona-vista-mrt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Buona Vista MRT<\/a> interchanges, further boosted its
