While Prime and Plus flats come with greater subsidies, they also carry stricter resale conditions. These include a 10-year minimum occupation period and subsidy clawbacks upon resale, ensuring long-term housing stability for buyers.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 id=\"h-changes-to-housing-loans\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Changes to housing loans<\/b><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Homebuyers should also note that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/insider\/ltv-limit-loan-to-value-property-singapore\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">loan-to-value limits<\/a> for HDB housing loans were reduced from 80% to 75% in August 2024.
