Applications for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/hdb\/bto\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Build-To-Order (BTO) flats<\/a> have stabilised, now running below pre-pandemic levels, signaling a steady housing market.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For those eager to secure their flats sooner than the abovementioned three years, the Housing Board will release approximately 3,800 flats this year, all with waiting times of less than three years. This batch constitutes about 20% of the total BTO supply for the year.
