At this point, million-dollar HDB resale transactions are nothing new. They seem to be sprouting everywhere, much like mushrooms after the rain. However, 4-room million-dollar sales <\/a>still have many homebuyers struggling to come to terms with this shift.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Recently we noticed something interesting in Geylang<\/a> \u2013 nearly all its 4-room sales that hit or exceeded S$1 million were coming from just one newly MOP-ed project in the area.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
