Even though overall resale transactions declined, demand for high-value flats remained strong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fewer resale transactions this month stemmed partly from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/insider\/sale-of-balance-flats-hdb\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sale of Balance Flats (SBF)<\/a> and new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/hdb\/bto\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Build-To-Order (BTO)<\/a> launches in February. Both mature and non-mature estates recorded price growth in February, with increases of 1.5% and 0.4%, respectively. 3-room, 5-room, and Executive flats drove this price rise, gaining 2.2%, 1%, and 3.1%, respectively.
