This unit, located in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/hdb\/1c-cantonment-road-adypWDNkibmiijP64yZaqiTc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Block 1C<\/a> on Cantonment Road, spans 1,012 sqft, translating to a price of S$1,500 per square foot (psf). <\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Situated between the 49th and 50th floors of the 50-storey development, the flat offers residents excellent unblocked views of the cityscape. With its lease commencing in 2011, the property retains a good 85 years and 2 months remaining.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"488\" data-end=\"921\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zaobao.com.sg\/news\/singapore\/story20250316-6024418\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"> According to Shin Min Daily News, the sellers \u2013 a homeowner and her husband \u2013 originally purchased the unit 15 years ago for just S$378,000.<\/a>\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> While it was initially listed at S$1.52 million, the final sale price came in slightly lower at S$1.518 million.
