Instead of dealing with long commutes, residents can enjoy the convenience of living just minutes from work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-accessibility\">Accessibility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The development sits at the junction of Media Circle and Portsdown Road, offering quick access to major roads like Queensway, North Buona Vista Road, and the AYE. Blossoms by the Park, for instance, moved nearly 75% of units on launch day at an average of S$2,423 psf. Given that, Bloomsbury Residences is competitively priced with its S$2,396 psf starting point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond that, One-North is still evolving. As the district grows with new developments and government-backed enhancements, property values could follow an upward trajectory.
