Among the sales, the largest penthouse unit fetched S$2,700 psf, making it one of the top transactions in the area so far this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This performance is in line with what we\u2019ve seen at recent launches, given the cautious sentiment across the property market. Developer Qingjian Realty and joint venture partner Forsea Holdings described the launch outcome as encouraging, especially in light of ongoing economic uncertainties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sought-after-units-during-sales-launch\">Sought-after units during sales launch<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The 2-bedroom units emerged as the most popular choice, making up over 70% of the sales. This isn\u2019t surprising. With a starting price of around S$1.37 million, the 2-bedders hit the sweet spot for buyers looking for a city-fringe address with strong rental potential. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note that Bloomsbury Residences offers no 1-bedroom option, which is typically popular among investors.
