iNZ Residence<\/span><\/a>, located at Choa Chu Kang Avenue 5, will be the first Executive Condominium (EC) to be launched in Singapore in 2017. Property buyers who are specifically looking out for ECs are highly recommended to keep a lookout for this project, which is expected to launch in February this year. With only 3 ECs slated to roll out in 2017, as compared to the 5 projects that were launched in 2016, demand for iNZ Residence is expected to be high among HDB upgraders! <\/span><\/p>\n

iNZ Residence will be located near to Tengah, an area which will see massive re-development in the coming years<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

iNZ Residence is developed by Qingjian Realty, which was awarded the project after submitting the highest bid of $156 million in August 2015. It comprises of 9 blocks of 15 and 16 storey apartments totalling 497 units, and has an expected TOP date of August 2019.<\/p>\n

iNZ Residence\u2019s showroom will be located near the actual EC site, between Choa Chu Kang Avenue 5 and Brickland Road. More details to come nearer the launch!<\/span><\/p>\n

Continuing in the same vein, iNZ Residence will be located next to Tengah Forest Town<\/a>, an upcoming development which is set to become Singapore\u2019s largest smart town. Nature-lovers will be excited to check out the \u2018Forest Fringe\u2019 that will run around the entire town, as well as a 100m-wide, 5km-long forest corridor that will link it to the surrounding green network between the adjacent catchment areas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Homeowners of iNZ Residence can expect fuss-free connectivity via the Kranji Expressway (KJE) to the rest of the island. For those who don\u2019t drive, Choa Chu Kang MRT station is a few stops away from the EC by bus. Also, the Bukit Panjang Integrated Transport Hub, once up, will link all the public transport options – bus, MRT, LRT – seamlessly for greater ease of getting around.<\/span><\/p>\n

iNZ Residence is located a stone\u2019s throw away from several primary, secondary and tertiary institutions. To the east of iNZ Residence lies open land, which is also zoned for future development of a school. As schools are typically only built up to a maximum of six floors, this will mean less obstruction of windflow for homeowners – but at the same time, you\u2019ll be subject to more noise as well.<\/span><\/p>\n
