Both the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/insider\/property-jargon-of-the-day-core-central-region-ccr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Core Central Region<\/a> (CCR) and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/insider\/property-jargon-of-the-day-rest-of-central-region-rcr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rest of Central Region<\/a> (RCR) registered a decrease of 0.6%, while the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/sale\/new-launches\/outside-central-region\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Outside Central Region<\/a> (OCR) bucked the trend with a modest increase of 0.2%.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-87739\" src=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/insider\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/June-2025-condo-rental-price-by-region.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1177\" height=\"670\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/insider\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/June-2025-condo-rental-price-by-region.jpg 1177w, https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/insider\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/June-2025-condo-rental-price-by-region-160x90.jpg 160w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1177px) 100vw, 1177px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On a year-on-year basis, however, prices were higher across the board. Overall condo rental prices climbed 2.5% compared to June 2024. Regionally, RCR led the increase with 2.8%, followed by CCR at 2.4% and OCR at 1.8%.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-87742\" src=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/insider\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/June-2025-rental-activity-condo-by-region.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1162\" height=\"754\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Rental activity surged in the condo market, with volumes rising 18.8% from the previous month. Approximately 6,674 units were rented out in June, up from 5,617 in May. Executive flats saw the largest jump, rising by 1.5%. On the other hand, 5-room flats experienced a marginal decline of 0.1%.<\/p>\n<p>Year-on-year, HDB rental prices grew 2.8% overall. Executive and 3-room flats showed the strongest growth, with both rising 2.8% and 3.3% respectively. The consistency in year-on-year growth across all flat types suggests a steady demand from tenants.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-87745\" src=\"https:\/\/www.99.co\/singapore\/insider\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/HDB-resale-volume-by-room-type-May-2025.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1054\" height=\"717\" \/><\/p>\n<p>HDB rental volume also saw a positive shift, with volumes rising 4.5% from May to June. An estimated 2,706 flats were rented in June, up from 2,590 the previous month. Compared to June 2024, this marks a 2% increase.
