The condominium is expected to be launched latest by the second quarter of 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n

Artra is built on a land parcel at Alexandra View, with a total land area of 8,398.5 square metres. This will be portioned out into 400 residential units across 43 storeys, with the 1st storey being reserved for commercial and retail units. The project\u2019s expected TOP date is in 2021.<\/p>\n
