The parcel could yield around <strong>745 private homes<\/strong>, making it one of the more substantial residential plots on the 1H2025 Confirmed List.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on the top bid price, Wong estimated that the future project\u2019s average selling price could be <strong>above S$2,800 psf<\/strong>.
