This project, which has a tenure of 99 years with an expected date of vacant possession to be April 2021, is housed on a 19,309.6 square metre site and comprises of 843 units over 4 blocks and 27 levels. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Development &amp; developer details<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The plot of land that Seaside Residences currently occupies is the first government land site sale along the ECP since 2001, resulting in the project drawing a fair bit of attention. The site was sold for $624.18 million in January 2016, with Frasers Centrepoint Singapore leading a consortium to win the highly contested tender.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In attempting to make the most out of the site\u2019s location, the units at Seaside Residences have been strategically laid out such that over 70 percent of them face the sea.
