About the Unit

The unit is the largest penthouse unit of the condominium. It has a total area of 1615 sqft, with a massive rooftop where you can host parties / guests for lunch/dinner with a great view of the city. The balcony is also huge and can be converted into a living or dining area with additional ziptrack (to protect against the wind and sun) installed. This extends the entire living space. The kitchen has been upgraded to included a top-range built-in Bosch convection oven. The kitchen appliances are only the best brands, i.e. smeg, bosch, whirlpool. All bedrooms have also been improved so that the baywindows can serve as both an extended lounge area / side table. To save space, a projector and white screen (BenQ) has also been installed in the living area which you can connect with your laptop or SmartTV  using a wireless dongle. This can be removed and additional lighting installed if preferred.

The Regent Residences is a condominium development project that is located in District 12 in Singapore. The Regent Residences offers freehold tenure to its tenants. One of the greatest advantage that the residents of Regent Residences can make use of is its extremely high accessibility. There is a lot of bus stop surrounding the development and a few MRT stations that are within close proximity of the development.
