Job description of this position
- Developing and executing evergreen and ad-hoc marketing campaigns
- Develop new comms channels to increase audience reach
- Monitor and analyse comms and channels performance metrics to derive insights and recommendations to optimise performance
- Support sales team with generating call lists and ad-hoc creative asset requests
- Plan and organise weekly training Zoom webinars for customer base
Requirements for this position
- At least 1-2 years of experience within the marketing field
- Good understanding of email and social media marketing
- Knowledge and experience in planning and executing a strategy to automate customer onboarding journey and re-engagement comms
- Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with Sales, Product, Customer Service, and Data teams to formulate effective marketing and promotional activities for agent acquisition and retention
- Empathy to understand and translate agents pain points and challenges to solutions
- Ability to read and understand data and translate that into tactical marketing strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and in groups
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, extremely fast-paced tech startup environment
- Operating knowledge in basic image/video creation & editing tools (e.g. Canva, iMovie)
- Proficient in Excel and the propensity to learn our platforms inside out
