Job description of this position

  • Developing and executing evergreen and ad-hoc marketing campaigns
  • Develop new comms channels to increase audience reach
  • Monitor and analyse comms and channels performance metrics to derive insights and recommendations to optimise performance
  • Support sales team with generating call lists and ad-hoc creative asset requests
  • Plan and organise weekly training Zoom webinars for customer base

Requirements for this position

  • At least 1-2 years of experience within the marketing field
  • Good understanding of email and social media marketing
  • Knowledge and experience in planning and executing a strategy to automate customer onboarding journey and re-engagement comms
  • Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with Sales, Product, Customer Service, and Data teams to formulate effective marketing and promotional activities for agent acquisition and retention
  • Empathy to understand and translate agents pain points and challenges to solutions
  • Ability to read and understand data and translate that into tactical marketing strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and in groups
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, extremely fast-paced tech startup environment
  • Operating knowledge in basic image/video creation & editing tools (e.g. Canva, iMovie)
  • Proficient in Excel and the propensity to learn our platforms inside out
