This is not your typical customer support/service role. We’re looking for a double agent: someone who will advocate for the good that 99 does to the real estate industry in Singapore, and yet stand firmly by our users and their frustrations when feeding back requests to the team.
You will need to solve problems on the fly and apply creativity to many situations. Your work will help to shape and improve our product, while your personality is an important part of our users’ experience with 99.
What you’ll do:
- Proactively connecting with our customers on a daily basis
- Identify gaps in product vs client usage
- Able to interpret data given to assess needs of customers
- You will be the key driver to ensuring a seamless customer experience
- This role requires you to feel comfortable speaking over the phone as well as via texts/emails
- Keep our customers informed and engaged at the different stages of their journey with us
- Keep track of conversations – to ensure we are engaging at the right time
- Keep track of client feedback and feature requests
What you are/have/will be:
- Quick and fast learner
- Communicate fluently and comfortably in English
- A passion for making a difference for our users
- Be responsive and take initiative – thinking on your feet
- A healthy curiosity to learn about various aspects of the industry
- A desire to learn, grow and contribute beyond the immediate job scope
- Basic data entry skills – Sheets/Words
- Results oriented
