We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage tasks related to research, preparation, negotiation, and execution of consultancy of client projects. This role is mainly based in Jakarta, but is not limited to and may require travel to the surrounding Jabodetabek area or other cities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Research and propose new clients to approach for consulting, by
    a. Researching and understanding the current property market and market trend
    b. Researching property developers and their projects
    c. Initiate contact with those developers and set up meetings
    d. Maintain up-to-date information regarding those clients and the status of contact
    e. Ensure that deliverables are given on time
  • Prepare readiness for each developer project which will be consulted, by
    a. Ensuring that all necessary materials from the developer are collected
    b. Reviewing contract agreement between 99 Group and the Developer
    c. Collecting information about the competitors of the project
    d. Assisting in implementing the marketing plan, which includes coordination across teams
    e. Assist in interviewing and hiring team members
    f. Assist in setting up SOP for team members
    g. Recap weekly progress with reports
  • Additionally, you may be asked to assist with any other projects or tasks requested by the lead consultant.

This role is a good fit for you if you have/are the following:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in product management, growth marketing, software development, finance, consulting, or business development.
  • Have an excellent command of both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia & English.
  • Ability to translate from Bahasa Indonesia to English.
  • Understanding of analyzing data, and communicating data clearly and understandably.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (i.e. Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficiency and productivity.
  • When given the “what” (end goal), able to figure out the “how” (all the tasks needed to make it happen) without too much guidance.
  • Truly enjoys a dynamic startup environment where every day is different and each challenge is different.
  • Sense of complete ownership and comfort with owning projects end to end.
  • Able to dive comfortably into most/any area of the business or product.
  • A “can-do-it-all” attitude is a must; to bring multi-tasking to mastery level.

  • A confident and well-rounded communicator – both verbal and written.
  • High EQ – able to connect and work well with a spectrum of individuals across departments.
